Client assembles the claim forms and invoice documentation

Client mails the co-op forms

Level 3 - Level 2, plus:

We generate the claim form, inserting the supplier's address

We assemble the claim forms with the invoice documentation

We file the claims and mail copies to client

Client is responsible for follow-up on claims submitted
